Malaysian doctor acquitted of criminal charges for speaking out about covid vaccine safety issues

After a four-year legal battle, Malaysian doctor Roland Victor, who is a resident doctor at The Sky Clinic in Kuala Lumpur, has been acquitted of criminal charges by the Sepang Sessions Court for questioning the safety of covid injections.

The case against Dr. Roland Victor stemmed from a Facebook video he published in 2021 in which he examined the risks and impact of mRNA covid “vaccines” on recipients’ immune systems.  He was charged under Section 233(1)(a) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

Dr. Victor defended himself in court, stating that he did not prevent anyone from receiving vaccinations and only presented viewers with information about the vaccine’s function, its potential side effects and the importance of informed consent.

Last week, Malaya Daily Today reported that the court had ruled in his favour, citing the validity and credibility of the scientific documentation presented.

The court’s decision centred around the question of whether medical professionals are permitted to openly discuss the potential advantages and risks surrounding vaccines, particularly during public health emergencies.  Dr. Victor asserted that the public has the right to comprehensive information to make informed decisions about their health.

Following the court’s decision, Dr. Victor remarked that he is finally free after four years of presenting data, expert testimony and scientific evidence.  The Sky Clinic has confirmed that he will resume his medical duties and continue advocating for transparency and evidence-based care in medical practice.

The court ruling is expected to have significant implications for medical professionals in Malaysia and beyond who wish to have public discussions about medical information, especially regarding experimental medical treatments.

“This ruling is not just about me,” Dr. Victor said.  “It is a message to all Malaysians and people around the world that scientific evidence must be free and open to discussion.  Medical professionals must be empowered to speak transparently, even if their views challenge mainstream narratives.”

Dr. Victor’s stance on the importance of informed consent and transparency in medical practice has been largely vindicated by numerous studies that have found links between the vaccines and various health risks.  Recent studies (see HERE and HERE) have found significant evidence linking covid injections to strokes, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarctions and arrhythmias, as well as statistically significant increases in cancer deaths after third doses of mRNA-based covid “vaccines.”
