On Sunday, Nicole Shanahan, host of Back to the People podcast, said that whistle-blowers have claimed that geoengineering and stratospheric aerosol injection (“SAI”) programmes could be major drivers of atmospheric pollution and climate change – far more than the daily activities of ordinary people.

At the end of last month, Shanahan interviewed Peter Kirby. “If you’re an environmentalist who cares about the Earth, you must ask: Who’s altering our atmosphere without our consent? We’re long past the days of calling it a conspiracy – geoengineering is real. Peter Kirby joins me to expose how our climate is being modified and manipulated,” she said.

Peter Kirby is a researcher, writer and activist based in San Rafael, California. Since 2009, Kirby has focused on extensively researching and writing about geoengineering. He authored the book ‘Chemtrails Exposed: A New Manhattan Project’ in which he argues that a large-scale, covert scientific programme – akin to the original Manhattan Project – is responsible for a plurality of projects that are impacting the Earth’s climate.

He asserts that this operation involves major institutions and is backed by significant funding and numerous patents. His work suggests that these activities are hidden from the public through a mass disinformation campaign.

Kirby has collected significant evidence tying elevated levels of toxins like aluminium and barium in rainwater and air samples to geoengineering activities.

Chemtrails are real and have a significant impact on the environment, including destroying the Marine layer, changing weather patterns and harming people’s health, which is why the public should be fighting against it and demanding answers, Kirby told Shanahan.

Kirby explained that geoengineering, one method of which is SAI (colloquially known as chemtrails), is being widely invested in by venture capitalists, philanthropists and governments.

Injecting toxic materials into the atmosphere is not good stewardship of the Earth, and the public should be aware of the increasing fires, harm to farmland and health problems caused by chemtrails, and demand that the programmes be shut down and those responsible be punished.

The Science and History of Chemtrail Spraying

The spraying of chemtrails often occurs over coastlines, where precipitation is a significant factor. The details of what is being sprayed in chemtrails are hard to come by but it has been scientifically determined that coal fly ash is one of the most common substances being sprayed, according to the work of Dr. J. Marvin Herndon.

Dr. Herndon has published peer-reviewed journal articles providing scientific evidence that coal fly ash is being sprayed, based on his analysis of environmental samples such as rainwater, air and soil.

Coal fly ash is a by-product of burning coal in coal-fired power plants. It is the fine, powdery material that is driven out of the boilers along with flue gases and is collected by electrostatic precipitators at power plants, making it a readily available material for spraying. Coal fly ash is composed mostly of silica, aluminium oxide and calcium oxide, with varying amounts of other minerals depending on the type of coal burned.

The use of coal fly ash for spraying is likely due to its abundance and availability, as manufacturing a new substance for spraying would not be feasible for a programme that dumps tens of thousands of tonnes of material annually.

The history of spraying operations from aircraft dates back to World War II, with evidence found in books such as ‘Clouds of Secrecy’ by Dr. Leonard Cole and ‘In the Name of Science’ by Andrew Goliszek. “They’ve been spraying us with whatever they want whenever they want, largely since World War II – so for about 80 years,” Kirby said.

Dr. Herndon’s research has focused on the chemical signature of coal fly ash in environmental samples, while others, such as Dane Wigington from Geoengineering Watch, have found a range of substances in their samples, suggesting that the spraying programme is not limited to coal fly ash. “[Dane] is not looking for the coal fly ash signature … [Dane’s] just looking for things in there. It’s more of Marvin Herndon’s area of expertise to find a chemical signature of something,” Kirby said.

The CIA and Geoengineering: A History of Secrecy and Control

The public’s consent has not been obtained for geoengineering activities. This is not legal. How are they getting away with it? “They’re just doing it,” Kirby said. “And there’s a whole apparatus behind it that keeps it secret.”

Kirby believes the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) is the day-to-day manager of the geoengineering programme. He said that the CIA owns the “mainstream” (corporate) media, which has been the case since Operation Mockingbird, allowing them to control the narrative and keep the programme secret.

The entities responsible for spraying toxic materials into the atmosphere include various organisations, such as private corporations, philanthropic groups, government groups and the CIA. However, the CIA is a key player in the spraying of toxic materials.

The CIA has been linked to geoengineering and chemtrails through various instances, including around 20 examples mentioned in Kirby’s book. For example, former CIA head John Brennan advocated for the practice of spraying tens of thousands of tonnes of toxic material into the atmosphere every year, Kirby said.

Another instance is the connection to Dresser Industries, a producer of electrostatic precipitators. Dresser eventually merged with Halliburton but it was initially acquired by Brown Brothers Harriman, a bank associated with the Bush family, who have ties to the CIA.

The CIA’s involvement in covering up information about geoengineering and chemtrails is also evident through Operation Mockingbird, which has been used to ridicule and suppress opposition through corporate media.

It’s not everyone in the CIA that is involved in the chemtrail programme. “It’s probably a rogue group that actually splintered off of the CIA,” Kirby said. “I think that this Rogue group that calls themselves the CIA was a George Bush invention.”

“There’s multiple CIAs, really. In my estimation, you’re looking at not just one group … you’re looking at groups that call themselves CIA and just have no accountability whatsoever,” he added.

Kirby believes the CIA is supranational and is working with the United Nations (“UN”). “I think the UN is up to their eyeballs in [geoengineering] as well,” Kirby said. The UN has around 10 to 15 agencies related to weather and climate. During his research, Kirby has made all kinds of connections between the UN and geoengineering. Both Kirby and Dane Wigington have been talking to whistle-blowers from within these organisations who have come forward.

Geoengineering activities, including Chemtrails, are not limited to the United States. They have been observed in other countries such as Mexico and parts of Europe, and are even publicly acknowledged in some areas like the UAE for weather management purposes.

“I think all of us are beyond any of this media narrative that it’s not happening and those who claim that it’s happening, it’s a ‘you’re conspiracy theorists’,” Shannan said. “I think that we’re at a phase now, in the popular conversation about it, it’s ‘How can the public get in front of this? How can the public demand answers? How can farmers start defending their land?”

Adding, “We know the ‘mainstream’ media is lying to us … we have an independent media, that’s what this is, who’s dominating right now – independent media is THE media.”

Farmers are particularly affected by chemtrails as the chemicals are contaminating their soil and water supply, leading to unusual contaminants and reduced crop growth. Farmers are reporting difficulties in growing food due to the geoengineering activities, which are not only destroying the soil but also blocking sunlight, making it a significant threat to the world’s food supply and survival.

“It kind of makes me believe that maybe they know that they’re on their way out and this is some kind of temper tantrum where they just say, ‘Okay, we’re going to leave you with the world that doesn’t produce food’,” Kirby said.

“I really don’t think that it’s going to stop until we see a fundamental shift in world power because the people who are doing this are absolutely hellbent on these programmes,” he added.

Weather Modification Techniques and Their Potential Dangers

They are selling the idea of geoengineering to the public by saying that climate change is a significant threat and that weather modification is the best hope for survival. But they got the science wrong and the programme is being pushed forward despite its potential harm to the environment and human survival.

Geoengineering programmes are being conducted without disclosure, and some big weather events can likely be blamed on these programmes. For example, storms that can be increased in power include wind, which can be manipulated through the laws of thermodynamics, and this can lead to related challenges and disasters, such as the fires that occurred on the Los Angeles coast after cloud seeding operations were carried out.

Kirby explained that they have this “whole programme” which involves spraying particulate matter from planes and hitting it with electromagnetic energy. “That type of operation has all kinds of possibilities,” he said.

Kirby believes it can create comprehensive weather control, allowing for the creation of any kind of weather, although the exact methods and goals are not being disclosed because it is a secret programme.

By using particulate matter and electromagnetic energy, high-pressure zones can be created by heating up particles in the atmosphere, which is a relatively simple process, and this technique has its roots in decades-old weather modification experiments, he said.

The creation of high and low pressure systems can be used to manipulate wind patterns, such as the Santa Ana winds, and can also be combined with other environmental conditions, like dryness, to create fires.

It can also be used strategically to detonate smart meters. “You can, apparently, cause a smart meter to explode anytime you want,” Kirby said. “If you have … all the [ ] environmental conditions … if you haven’t had rain for almost a year, like they have had in Southern California, everything is so completely dry, [and] you get those Santa Ana winds going you strategically detonate a few smart meters or maybe a whole bunch of them at the same time [to] get houses on fire … and you’re off and running.”

The Military Origins and Evolution of Weather Control

The concept of geoengineering and weather modification has its roots in military projects, including geophysical warfare, which has been a goal of military planners for a long time. It has evolved over time to include both climate and military aspects, with the current programmes being a continuation of these efforts.

The United States government has been involved in geoengineering programmes, as well as other programmes such as the MKUltra programme, to keep up with developments in the Soviet Union and Russia.

Controlling the weather and geophysical conditions has ancient roots, with instances of armies diverting rivers, causing rivers to rise and fall or causing landslides to gain a military advantage. People have also attempted to control the weather for rain, such as through rain dances, especially during times of drought.

The terms “weather” and “climate” are often used synonymously, but the concept of climate control is used as a more benign way of describing weather control, which might raise fewer red flags with the public.

Chemtrails are Toxic and Anti-God

Geoengineering is an anti-God agenda that requires a lack of faith in God and that He will provide for you. Instead, those involved in geoengineering activities rely on human intervention to control the environment.

The relationship between humans and the environment is crucial, and it is essential to be good stewards of the land, which involves working the land to produce food, as stated in the Bible. “Putting tens of thousands of megatonnes of toxic material in the atmosphere every year is not a very good stewardship of the Earth,” Kirby said. But “it makes dollars and cents to the people that are doing it.”

The toxic coal fly ash being sprayed into the atmosphere is a waste product that is subject to regulations regarding its disposal. But some of these regulations were done away with by the Obama Administration. Now, coal fly ash has been identified as an effective substance for blocking out the sun. Its use is analogous to the use of fluoride, another toxic byproduct of industrial activity that is added to drinking water. Fluoride would cost a lot of money to dispose of properly, so instead, they put it in our drinking water and get paid to do so, Kirby said.

Suppression of Information and Evidence of Geoengineering

Research on atmospheric aluminium and barium levels, such as the evidence found by the California Air Resources Board, has been a key factor in exposing the existence of geoengineering and chemtrails. Kirby published an article on this and it gained so much attention that it sparked further related articles.

“I was getting really good traffic and so was my web publisher, Activist Post … [Activist Post] and my articles on [Activist Post], we were doing going great guns,” Kirby said. And suddenly, his articles were no longer appearing at the top of internet search results. Google, which got its start with In-Q-Tel funding from the CIA, “put a squash on it, put the kibosh on it, as they say.”

The use of social media platforms to share information about geoengineering and chemtrails has also been subject to suppression. Kirby said his articles were having thousands of shares and likes on Facebook and hundreds of tweets only to have these numbers suddenly and drastically reduced, suggesting interference from external sources.

Environmental Impacts of Geoengineering in San Francisco and California

The weather patterns in San Francisco have changed, with areas like the Sunset District, which historically had about 7 to 10 sunny days per year, now being sunny almost every day. This is not due to climate change but rather the destruction of the Marine layer by geoengineering, Kirby said.

The atmosphere’s moisture is being sequestered by particles that are sprayed, which collect the atmospheric moisture and prevent it from coalescing into rain, resulting in a fog-like phenomenon that doesn’t feel like fog but like you’re being hit with little spiky things, like sand.

What you’re feeling is particulate matter in the air, Kirby said. Atmospheric water gloms onto the particulate matter and it feels like little pieces of sand. This has happened to the fog in the Sunset District, causing the environment to dry out and the vegetation to suffer.

Forests are dying, including redwoods along the California coast, due to the disruption of natural precipitation patterns caused by geoengineering. Experts like Dr. Herndon have written extensively about this. It’s not only the changing of the natural atmosphere that is causing problems for plants; the coal fly ash contaminates the soil, weakens trees and allows bark beetles to infest and consume them, ultimately leading to wildfires.

The Role of Chemtrails in Wildfires

Healthy trees are harder to burn than dead trees. The ones that survive wildfires often have a different profile than those that do not. The substances sprayed in the air, such as aluminium, barium, and strontium, act as incendiaries that can cause something akin to a thermitic reaction, Kirby said.

Aluminium is the main ingredient in thermite. Thermite is used for various applications, including welding railway tracks, metal refining, disabling munitions and in incendiary weapons. It is also used in fireworks as a pyrotechnic initiator. It is not an explosive; instead, it operates by exposing a very small area to extremely high temperatures.

This incendiary dust in the air settles and can cause fires to start and spread more easily. The dust can be found everywhere, coating trees and other surfaces, making them more prone to ignition.

“These plants are dead and they’ve been coated in an incendiary. The root cause of it is the chemtrails,” Kirby said.

Thermite elements aren’t required for ignition, Kirby explained. Any type of particulate matter, including grain particles, e.g. soyabeans or corn, floating in the air in grain silos can be incendiary if it is in the right concentration. However, heavy metals like aluminium, barium and strontium are particularly dangerous.

Electromagnetic Pollution and Mind Control

The large-scale spraying operations, also known as chemtrails, are believed to have started in 1996, based on documentation and research by William Thomas, who wrote the 2004 book ‘Chemtrails Confirmed’.

The establishment uses the term “geoengineering” and labels “chemtrails” a “conspiracy theory.” By acknowledging one term while downplaying another, they are playing semantics to control the conversation and set the parameters for the debate.

Chemtrail is a colloquial term that many people are familiar with but other terms such as weather modification and cloud seeding are also used. Cloud seeding is a technique used in weather modification involving the use of substances like silver iodide to induce rain.

Cloud Seeding

The early experiments with cloud seeing used dry ice, which is innocuous to the environment, but later shifted to using silver iodide, a toxic substance, without public knowledge or press coverage.

The silver iodide is used to make it rain. It can be sprayed from ground-based generators or planes. Cloud seeding might be useful in certain circumstances, such as putting out huge fires, but it is not a straightforward solution and requires specific atmospheric conditions to be effective.

Several US states are working on legislation related to banning geoengineering, with around 30 states having already passed or currently working on such bills. You can find a list on the website ‘Americans for a Clean Atmosphere’ HERE. But legislating against chemtrails may not necessarily mean that corporations will stop spraying in those states, as the practice is often funded by various entities, including municipalities and private companies, which may not be bound by state laws.

In Santa Barbara County, for example, $1 million per year is spent on cloud seeding services. Cloud seeding is paid for by water districts, local government entities that provide water and sewer services, and power generating companies, such as PG and Southern California Edison, to fill up hydroelectric reservoirs to generate power.

Evergreen Aviation, a company that has been linked to the CIA, has been involved in weather modification activities, and it is suggested that the CIA may have used this company as a cutout for their operations.

CIA proprietary airlines – collectively known as Air America, owned by the CIA under the Pacific Corporation – were used for clandestine operations. These airlines were fed into Evergreen Aviation.

The New Manhattan Project

The New Manhattan Project is believed to involve the use of electromagnetic energy in weather modification. It is thought that this technology could potentially be used to make it rain through cloud harvesting, although the details of these operations are not publicly known.

Weather modification works by adding particulates to the atmosphere and reacting it with energy from ground sources and space satellites. The addition of particulate to the atmosphere and its reaction with energy from various sources is a complex process; how it works is “the most mysterious part,” Kirby said. Ginny Silcox, an expert in the field of electromagnetic energy, has been studying this phenomenon and helped him keep “all the science correct” in his book. “It’s one of the most complex areas of science [ ], if not the most complex,” he said.

Electromagnetic energy has various applications, including medicine, diagnostics and healing. “There’s already known ways of using electromagnetic energy to heal people, it’s already known. Ginny has one of these devices, I think,” Kirby said.

What are they attempting to do with electromagnetic energy from ground sources and space satellites? “There’s all kinds of stuff they can do,” Kirby said. “There’s the manipulation of the atmospheric particles, but then you can also use it for mind control over people.” Kirby mentioned Operation Pique as an example. Operation Pique was a CIA programme to influence people’s moods and thoughts over a large area using electromagnetic energy.

Although Kirby has searched extensively for more information on Operation Pique, he has found little to nothing. “But,” he said, “they can they can hit us with mind control signals from thousands of miles away. They can hit a region, I know they can hit a region. Maybe they can hit even individuals with more accuracy. So, they can hit individuals from Alaska, from the HAARP thing.”

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (“HAARP”) in Gakona, Alaska, is a facility that can produce directed energy and bounce it off the ionosphere, allowing for the transmission of mind control signals over long distances, potentially anywhere in the world.

Ionospheric heaters, such as HAARP, can produce electromagnetic energy and mind control signals that can be bounced off the ionosphere and transmitted around the world, using a mode called “whistler mode,” which allows the signal to bounce multiple times and hit a target on the other side of the world. There’s more.

“They can bounce a [radio wave] signal off the ionosphere, a mind control signal or whatever signal they want, have it come down and hit the target and then bounce it off of the target so that it goes back on the same path that it came from, and then bounces off the ionosphere and back to the original place where it originated from in the ionospheric heater. So, there’s so many things that they can do with it,” Kirby said.

They also use the Next Generation Weather Radar (“NEXRAD”) system, which is a network of Doppler weather radars. It is a source of electromagnetic energy used locally to manipulate atmospheric particles.

Large-scale facilities such as ionospheric heaters and localised facilities like NEXRAD, as well as satellites, can be used to create various effects and the choice of which one or combination to use depends on how big an effect they want to create.

The Need for a National Ban on Geoengineering and an Official Investigation

Kirby wants to see a national ban on geoengineering to shut down these programmes and stop the spraying. He also wants to see those responsible punished.

Corporations involved in geoengineering and weather control are unlikely to voluntarily disclose information and so it is necessary to force them to come forward with this information to understand the full scope of their activities. He thinks a grand jury should be established with subpoena power to investigate the private companies that are likely to be involved in these activities, such as Dresser Industries, Halliburton and Raytheon, among many others, to hold them accountable for their actions.
