You may know him from the popular reality TV show “Dragon’s Den.” Kevin O’Leary is a Canadian businessman, investor and television personality.
He is a self-proclaimed “proud capitalist” and wears his love for money like a badge. I’m not writing this article to bash at him, I actually find him amusing and rather useful. Why? Because he does not color the truth about our system with fluff or try to make it look better or “kinder.” He says it like it is: The only reason to do business is to make money; that’s the only reason for doing business. Business is war. I go out there, I want to kill the competitors. I want to make their lives miserable. I want to steal their market share. I want them to fear me and I want everyone on my team thinking we’re going to win. – Kevin O’Leary His honesty has just reached a brand new level in this new video. Even though I know how the powers that be benefit from inequality, hearing him say it still shocked me. I’m actually glad he said that because it reveals the true intentions behind our system. As he says in the video in an attempt to glorify this rigged monopoly game we live in, “If you work hard, you MIGHT be stinkin’ rich one day.” You might. But if you don’t, it’s still worth celebrating because your deficit means the rich still benefits... right? This, my friends, is one of the core values within our system.
