Seymour Hersh: Trump Knew There Was No Chemical Weapons Attack, But Bombed Syria Anyways
We’ve reported multiple times on what’s been happening in Syria, and typically these articles are very different than the narrative you find on mainstream media.
That’s because the government controls mainstream media, creating falsified information and spreading it through news outlets in order to manufacture a heightened state of fear and security to increase their control over the population. One of the latest examples of this is the “sarin nerve gas attack” that was allegedly orchestrated by President Assad, or at least that’s what mainstream media and the U.S. government told the public. In reality, there was no chemical weapons attack. We suspected this due to the evidence at the time and wrote numerous articles on the subject, a couple of which you can read here: Assad Says Syria Chemical Attack Was “Fabricated” By The U.S. Is “Hand-In-Glove With Terrorists” Putin – The Chemical Attack In Syria Was A “False Flag” More Are “Being Prepared” In Syria Well, this is no longer speculation, as world renowned investigative journalist Seymour Hersh has now confirmed that there was absolutely no chemical weapons attack in Syria in April. It was simply a fabricated story or “fairy tale,” as stated in his article. Higher-ups in the military and the CIA actually communicated this to Trump, yet he refused to listen to them and still launched 50 missiles at a Syrian military base. So, since there wasn’t actually a chemical weapons attack in Syria in early April, what exactly happened and where did this fabricated story come from? Intelligence given to the U.S. by Russia made it abundantly clear that the Syrians attacked a jihadist meeting site on April 4 using a Russian-supplied guided bomb, meaning that it was conventional explosives, not chemical weapons. Russia actually gave all of these details to the U.S. multiple days prior to the planned attack, as they coordinated all U.S., allied Syrian, and Russian Air Force operations in the region. This is standard practice when necessary as Russia, the U.S., and Syria are all fighting against jihadist groups. Another reason that the Russians chose to disclose this information to the U.S. prior to the bombing was so that no Americans would attend this particular meeting that two jihadist groups were attending. If, by some chance, a CIA operative or military informant had worked their way up to jihadist leadership from the inside, they didn’t want them to end up at that meeting where they were planning to attack.
The Russians heavily researched who would be there and were confident that this mission was worth it because of the two jihadist groups who would be attending it. Seymour Hersh was briefed on how the Russians monitored the area and directly warned the CIA in advance, and he conducted tons of research in preparation. “Every operations officer in the region” — in the Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, CIA, and NSA — “had to know there was something going on.
The Russians gave the Syrian Air Force a guided bomb and that was a rarity.
They’re skimpy with their guided bombs and rarely share them with the Syrian Air Force. And the Syrians assigned their best pilot to the mission, with the best wingman,” explained a senior advisor to the United States.
The advisor continued: This was not a chemical weapons strike. That’s a fairy tale. If so, everyone involved in transferring, loading and arming the weapon – you’ve got to make it appear like a regular 500-pound conventional bomb – would be wearing Hazmat protective clothing in case of a leak.
There would be very little chance of survival without such gear. Military grade sarin includes additives designed to increase toxicity and lethality. Every batch that comes out is maximized for death. That is why it is made. It is odorless and invisible and death can come within a minute. No cloud. Why produce a weapon that people can run away from? The bomb that was dropped triggered a series of secondary explosions, a reaction that is not possible from a sarin gas bomb, providing further proof that this wasn’t a chemical weapons attack. However, this second burst of explosions did add chemicals to the air, which explains why some people had injuries similar to those resulting from sarin gas attacks. And so, when President Trump decided to retaliate against this fake “chemical weapons attack,” numerous U.S. military personnel were shocked by his choice. One officer explained, “None of this makes any sense. We KNOW that there was no chemical attack ... the Russians are furious. Claiming we have the real intel and know the truth ... I guess it didn’t matter whether we elected Clinton or Trump.” The advisor said that Trump was shown photos of innocent civilians and children who were severely injured and told that it was a chemical weapons attack, and then he immediately reacted by creating a retaliation plan against Assad. Insiders that Hersh spoke to explained that experts and higher-ups in the military and the CIA tried to rationalize with Trump and explain that this wasn’t a chemical weapons attack orchestrated by Assad, but rather a planned bombing against jihadist groups, but he refused to listen. Seymour Hersh explained, “In a series of interviews, I learned of the total disconnect between the president and many of his military advisers and intelligence officials, as well as officers on the ground in the region who had an entirely different understanding of the nature of Syria’s attack on Khan Sheikhoun.” Seymour Hersh’s entire article reflected the disconnect between the military and the President.
The President is basing his decisions off intel he is not receiving from the CIA, the military, or any other government intelligence agency. So, if it’s not the CIA or the military briefing Trump, who is? Like most other presidents, Trump is simply a pawn used by the shadow government/deep state/military industrial complex (if you’re unfamiliar with these terms, please read this article).
The senior advisor was correct in saying that it wouldn’t have mattered who the U.S. elected, Trump or Clinton, because the outcome would’ve been the same. This is because government actions aren’t controlled by presidents; they’re controlled by the people who essentially own them. We received information from an insider within the government who confirmed this, stating that Trump was briefed by members of the elite and higher-ups from the military industrial complex with completely falsified information.
They created this chemical weapons attack story to justify attacking Syria and create a heightened fear state through mainstream media. This attack wasn’t Trump’s idea, it was the elite’s. It’s not too difficult to convince most people of these fake stories when there are convincing photos to go along with them. Photos of dead and dying victims allegedly due to nerve gas poisoning (which we now know was not the case) surfaced from the White Helmets, an organization funded by the West that’s painted by the media as being a group of peacekeepers who provide aid to victims, when in reality most of the help they give is to the terrorists. Even President Assad came forward explaining that the chemical attack was “100% fabrication by the U.S.” and that America is “hand-in-glove with terrorists.” During the same interview, Assad also questioned whether or not the children photographed were even dead. Assad explained that it was “not clear whether it happened or not, because how can you verify a video? You have a lot of fake videos now.” This was brought to light earlier this year when the Pentagon paid a PR firm over $500 million to create fake terrorists videos and when the White Helmets were caught staging and filming fake rescue scenes (you can watch a video on this here). Vanessa Beeley, an independent researcher and journalist, explained the White Helmets situation in the following statement: “What we are seeing here is an eradication of Syrian state institutions and the implantation of a Syrian shadow state by predominantly the UK and the US, but also supported by EU governments.” In other words, Beeley believes that the White Helmets were created and funded by the West in order for them to represent a shadow government on the grounds. Beeley states that the White Helmets “are in fact multi-million funded, conservatively speaking, a hundred million dollars, from the US – $23 million via USAID; UK around $65 million; France is supplying equipment.” If the Western military alliance is using the White Helmets as a front to create a shadow government in Syria, that would provide even more reason for them to create this propaganda campaign surrounding the Syrian conflict and the recent chemical attack. You can read more about the White Helmets in our CE article here. Michel Chossudovsky, an award-winning author, an Emeritus Professor of Economics at the University of Ottawa, and the Founder and Director of the Centre for Research on Globalization (CRG), explained: Trump’s decision to strike a Syrian airbase in retaliation for Assad’s alleged use of chemical weapons against his own people confirms that the “False Flag” Chemical Weapons attack scenario first formulated under Obama is still “on the table”. Our analysis (including a large body of Global Research investigative reports) confirms unequivocally that Trump is lying, the Western media is lying and most of America’s allies are also lying. If there’s anyone we should be concerned about using chemical weapons, it’s the U.S. government and the terrorists they’ve trained to use them. Chossudovsky goes on to explain that CNN accused Bashar Al Assad of killing his own people while also acknowledging that the ‘rebels’ “are not only in possession of chemical weapons, but that these ‘moderate terrorists’ affiliated with Al Nusra are trained in the use of chemical weapons by specialists on contract to the Pentagon.” This isn’t necessarily anything new, as the U.S. government has a long history of training and funding terrorists. Even Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. spoke out about the Pentagon’s ties to terrorists, explaining: In fact, many of the ISIS fighters and their commanders are ideological and organizational successors to the Jihadists that the CIA has been nurturing for 30 years.
The CIA began arming and training the Mujahedeen in Afghanistan in 1979 to fight the Soviets. Following the Soviet withdrawal, the CIA’s Afghan Mujahedeen became the Taliban while its foreign fighters, including Osama bin Laden, formed Al-Qaeda. In 2004, then British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook told the House of Commons that Al-Qaeda took its name—meaning “database” in Arabic—from the voluminous CIA database of Jihadists—Mujahedeen foreign fighters and arms smugglers trained and equipped by the CIA during the Afghan conflict. Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard even proposed a bill recently in an effort to put an end to this government corruption, titled the “Stop Arming Terrorists Act,” which only received an alarming 13 supporters. Gabbard was quoted as saying that the “CIA has also been funneling weapons and money through Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar and others who provide direct and indirect support to groups like ISIS and al-Qaeda. This support has allowed al-Qaeda and their fellow terrorist organizations to establish strongholds throughout Syria, including in Aleppo.” You can read about how the Syrian conflict is linked to false-flag terrorism at the bottom of this CE article here. To be clear, I’m not condoning the bomb that was dropped, either. I’m simply clarifying that there was no chemical weapons attack and why the West pushed that narrative. Killing people is not the way to get people to do what we want and achieve real change, and the fact that we’re still resorting to violence on such a grand scale in 2017 is ridiculous. We need to rise above the “he hurt me so I’ll hurt you” mentality of war and figure out how we can actually not only live together on this planet, but thrive together.
