Hugo Chavez Claims Earthquake Caused By H.A.A.R.P.
The Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez claimed the United States caused the earthquake in Haiti by means of a “tectnoic weapon.” While he wouldn’t reveal the source of his claims he certainly believes it to be true.
The 7.0-magnitude earthquake is responsible for killing an estimated 100,000 – 200,000 people, injuring hundreds of thousands more and damaging much of the countries capital. Much aid has been trying to make its way and reach the Haitian’s but since the American military has seized control of the airport in Haiti, it has been argued that aid hasn’t been dealt very much at all.
The Venezuelan leader had previously accused the US of occupying Haiti “under the guise of the natural disaster.” So far an estimated 11,000 US troops have been sent to Haiti to provide security for aid distribution.
The Venezuelan media has suggested that the earthquake “may be associated with the project called HAARP, a system that can generate violent and unexpected changes in climate.” HAARP, which is an acronym for “High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program,” is a program run in Alaska that was initially created to attempt to reconfigure the properties of Earth’s ionosphere but was later revealed that it was designed for weather warfare. Head designer of the HAARP technology states that he did not create the HAARP technology for what it’s being used for today and also says if he knew this is where it was headed he wouldn’t have created it. This is not what some would call “some conspiracy” either, HAARP is a very real technology and its capabilities are well known. In fact, Former US Secretary of Defense William Cohen in 1997 expressed concern claiming that “countries engaging in eco-types of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves is a reality.” I think it’s interesting to point out that this sort of thing is even being mentioned by a world leader and being reported in the media. While the argument still exists whether HAARP was the cause or not, there seems to be quite the pile of information pointing towards HAARP. That, of course, is our own truth to discern should we wish to take that path. All in all these events are happening in correlation with the plans of the universe.
They are bringing up the exact emotions and experiences needed in each individual to have the growth they each require. So long as we are in touch with our SELF, we can see beyond the initial reactions our ego will create and move towards setting aside our belief systems when we take in new information. Peace Joe .
