Mind, Body and Soul: Discovering Our Connection
Hello beautiful souls! Matthew Christodoulou and Tara Carpino of The Collective Evolution Team, invite you to join us for a powerful evening of play! It will be a fun and enlightening experience that will assist you in discovering a connection that we all share. It will be a great place to meet people and possibly learn something new, all the while enjoying the invigorating landscape of the beautiful Scarborough shoreline. It will be a stimulating, calming and balancing evening of yoga, meditation and discussion. If you wish to take TTC or Go Train both are available and are within a 5 minute walk from the waterfront. If you are driving, parking will be available for free at the Rouge Hill Go Train station.
There is an East and West parking lot. We will be meeting at the Port Union Waterfront Park, located at the very bottom of Port Union Rd. for 6:30PM. We will then take a short walk to the location of the gathering. It will be held on the beach (Weather permitting of course. If the evening is calling for rain, we will send out a notice of cancellation) so we suggest that you bring a yoga mat and/or towel to use for the yoga session and to sit or lay on during the meditation and discussion. We will be providing fresh, clean ultra-purified water for everyone, which we like to call SUPER WATER!, as well as lots of love and light! Please join us for an awesome evening in which we can all come together and share a beautiful connection of unity and love. If you wish to only attend for part of the gathering, feel free to join us whenever you like 🙂 There is no cost to attend this gathering, however donations are most welcome.
