New Zealand: Was Tropical Cyclone Dovi in 2022 a result of weather manipulation?

Tropical Cyclone Dovi was a powerful tropical cyclone that impacted the Southern Pacific in February 2022, forming on 4 February and dissipating on 13 February.
Perhaps not coincidentally, at the time, the “convoy for freedom” was encamped outside the parliament building in Wellington, vowing to stay there until the Government lifted covid-related mandates.
As an anonymously written paper suggests, circumstantial evidence points to weather manipulation techniques being used to steer the cyclone towards Wellington with the aim of dispersing the encamped protestors.

Timeline of Events
On 6 February, inspired by similar demonstrations in Canada against covid “vaccine” mandates and restrictions, two convoys of vehicles carrying anti-lockdown and anti-vaccine mandate protesters travelled to Wellington.
On 8 February 2022, the “convoy for freedom,” or “Freedom Convoy,” protesters arrived and set up camp outside the parliament building in the capital Wellington, called the Beehive, ahead of the first speech for the year by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern. The protesters vowed to remain camped until the government lifted its pandemic-related curbs.
On 12 February, “Dovi was an official extratropical cyclone and commenced moving southeast towards the North Island. Late on 12 February, the upper North Island started to feel the impacts,” Hauraki Gulf Weather said.
Wellington is located at the south-western tip of New Zealand’s North Island. At 8:47 in the evening of 12 February, The New Zealand Herald reported, “Wellington has just experienced its second wettest day on record as Cyclone Dovi brings torrential downpours and gale-force winds to the capital.”
The next day, on 13 February, remnants of Dovi hit New Zealand’s North Island, bringing destructive winds, heavy rains and large waves. “Authorities issued severe weather warnings from Northland to Christchurch ahead of the storm, urging people not to travel unless absolutely necessary,” The Watchers reported.
“Despite the wild weather, hundreds of demonstrators braved the heavy rain and wind to rally against mask mandates and coronavirus restrictions outside parliament in Wellington for a sixth day,” the Daily Mail said and continued:
The demonstration kicked off last Tuesday [8 February 2022] as hundreds of cars, trucks and motorbikes carrying thousands of people from across the country converged in Wellington, inspired by Canada’s Freedom Convoy which has paralysed Ottawa.
Police set up a barricade between protesters and Parliament House, with more than 100 arrests made over the past week as violent clashes broke out between the two sides.
The group continued to swell since Tuesday, gathering to wave banners and signs demanding the return of freedoms and denouncing the Labor government.
On Saturday [12 February 2022], parliament speaker Trevor Mallard deployed sprinklers and boomed Barry Manilow, 1990s Latin dance anthem Macarena and pro-vaccine messages from loudspeakers to dispel the crowd.
Attempts to flush out the group has had little effect, with demonstrators digging trenches and installing makeshift drainpipes to divert the sprinkler water, and singing, dancing, and some performing the Indigenous Maori haka in response to the music.

Even as Wellington was feeling the impact of Dovi, the public was speculating whether it was a natural phenomenon. For example, the tweet below was posted on 12 February as part of a thread about the Freedom Convoy. Nick, with the pronouns “he/him” proudly displayed on his profile, posted the tweet. Nick is an anti-“conspiracy theory” activist (which translates to a pro-Globalist narrative activist). As such, he was against the protestors participating in the “convoy for freedom.” In his long Twitter thread, he was doing his best to ridicule and debase their cause, but in doing so provided insight into questions being raised at the time.
An undated paper titled ‘Was Dovi an Artifact?’ (“the Paper”) by an unknown author says: “There were many aspects about Dovi that were anomalous or statistically unlikely, especially when taken in conjunction with the location and timing of the 2022 Freedom Convoy and the parliament grounds anti-vaccine mandate occupation.
“Within this brief paper, we will include information to help inform the reader so they can come to their own opinion about the statistical improbability of Dovi 2022 being a 100% natural event.”
The Paper suggests that the cyclone’s formation and path were influenced, that the path had been steered, by weather modification to dissipate the “convoy for freedom” protestors and preserve the political status quo. The author suggests that for weather modification to be used to direct the cyclone to fulfil a political purpose, a request for supra-national assistance was made by the New Zealand government.
For those who don’t believe that the paths of storms can be steered, the Twitter user below begs to differ.

The Paper includes numerous images and references to enable readers to verify the information it contains. The following is a brief overview of the Paper. For those interested in reading it, we have attached a copy below.
Was Dovi an Artifact?
“Cyclone Dovi in 2022 caused one indirect death, generated insurance claims of around NZ$44 million in New Zealand, with total estimated damage around US$84 million across the affected regions, and led to widespread disruption and damage to property and infrastructure,” the Paper notes. So, if man intervened to cause the cyclone to fall over populated areas such as Wellington, then among their crimes is murder.
The Paper argues that the cyclone’s unusual path and high rainfall in Wellington, which was record-breaking and disruptive, raise questions about the statistical improbability of the event being entirely natural.
“It is unusual for cyclones to impact the west coast of the New Zealand North Island. Also, it is very unusual for cyclones to have a straight path and even more unusual to have a due south path,” the Paper states. “The probability of any cyclone forming and following a similar track to Dovi is very low, maybe less than 1 in 10,000.”
The cyclone’s formation and path are anomalous, the Paper says. An area of convection (perhaps a convective storm) was stalled over an area of warm water north of New Caledonia to permit the formation of a tropical cyclone (Tropical Cyclone Dovi). This cyclone then took an unusually straight path down the Tasman Sea to the west coast of the North Island, bringing high rainfall to Wellington.
Convective storms – including thunderstorms, tornadoes and hailstorms – are typically localised and short-lived weather events that can occur throughout the year in various regions of the world. These storms are driven by the process of atmospheric convection, which involves the vertical transport of heat and moisture from the warmer surface to the cooler upper atmosphere.

The Paper postulates that the stalling of the convection and steering of the subsequently formed Tropical Cyclone Dovi was a result of man’s intervention, i.e. weather modification.
To bolster claims of involvement of weather modification, the Paper briefly discusses the historical background of modern weather theory and the concept of controlling the weather, citing influential people such as scientists and mathematician John von Neumann, who played a pivotal role in the Manhattan Project, and James Birdle, a British artist, writer and technologist known for his work in exploring the intersection of the digital, networked world and the physical, offline world.
According to von Neumann, the real climate change crisis would not be whether we can control the climate, but rather how to decide who would have control. “After global climate control becomes possible, perhaps all our present involvements will seem simple. We should not deceive ourselves: once such possibilities become actual, they will be exploited,” von Neumann warned in 1955. “This will merge each nation’s affairs with those of every other, more thoroughly than the threat of a nuclear or any other war may already have done.”
In his 2018 book ‘New Dark Age: Technology and the End of the Future’, in which he argues that the vast increase in information and computational power has paradoxically led to a profound decline in our understanding of the world, Bridle stated, “All contemporary computation stems from this nexus: military attempts to predict and control the weather, and thus to control the future.”
Motives to Use Weather Modification
If Dovi was not a 100% natural event but rather a storm worsened and then manipulated by weather modification techniques, why would they do it?
The New Zealand government, which heavily invested in the harmful and destructive covid response, had a motive to disrupt the “convoy for freedom” occupational protest.
New Zealand’s response to covid “was dictated by supranational authorities and powers, such as; World Economic Forum (WEF, Jacinda being a young global leader), 5eyes [Five Eyes], World Health Organisation, Pfizer, Blackrock, BIS [Bank for International Settlements]” etc, the Paper noted. “Thus, it was only to be expected that supranational help was available to dispel the protest and protect the covid measures and those implementing them.”
“The motive of this weather modification was to dissipate the occupation in a manner with the least amount of political fallout, preserving the political status quo that was continuing with covid countermeasures and thus undermining legal due process and democratic values. Also, in using modified weather for political gain, there was a total ethical disregard of the collateral damage and cost attributed to the storm, Dovi,” the Paper said.
Reviewing the timeline of weather and convoy events in combination with the cyclone’s path and strength, and the uniqueness of Dovi’s weather impact, the Paper’s author suggested that a request for supranational help was made by the New Zealand government on the afternoon or evening of Tuesday, 8 February 2022, which coincided with the transformation of the Freedom Convoy into an occupation.
As the author of the Paper says, this information will help readers to come to their own opinion as to whether Dovi was the result of weather manipulation, which was requested by the New Zealand government.
